THE SEED HOUSE
The seed house is a 2,183 sq ft building with a 780 sq ft porch that can be used for additional seating. It can accommodate up to 100 seated guests inside and 60 seated guests on the porch. Tables and chairs for up to 175 guests are included in the rental. Equipped with indoor restrooms as well as a prep kitchen. A built in sounds system and small stage are also available.
THE FIELDS
There are multiple fields on the property that can be used for ceremonies, additional seating, photo opportunities and parking.
THE LIGHTS
In between the seed house and gin is a large gravel area under string lights. Perfect for additional seating, cocktail hour or outdoor games. Rental tents can be added in this area as well.
THE GIN
This area of the venue is home to a 600 sq ft room that has been used as a bridal or groom suite, space for the band to hang out, and many other things! Outside of the room is a 590 sq ft porch great for additional seating, bars, etc.
THE BEER TRUCK
The retired milk truck is a fully functional kegerator that has three taps. Bring your own kegs and give your guests nice cold drinks for a small additional cost.
