THE SEED HOUSE
The seed house is a 2,183 sq ft building with a 780 sq ft porch that can be used for additional seating. It can accommodate up to 100 seated guests inside and 60 seated guests on the porch. Tables and chairs for up to 175 guests are included in the rental. Equipped with indoor restrooms as well as a prep kitchen. A built in sounds system and small stage are also available.
THE FIELDS
There are multiple fields on the property that can be used for ceremonies, additional seating, photo opportunities and parking.
THE LIGHTS
In between the seed house and gin rooms is a large gravel area under string lights. Perfect for additional seating, outdoor games or even food trucks. Rental tents can be added in this area as well.
GIN ROOMS
Gin room one is a 300 sq ft room that has a couch, tv and table. It can be used to put on your favorite ball game or an extra room to get ready for an event. Gin room two or better known as the Photo Booth room includes a frame and props. Perfect for capturing all of your guests using a Polaroid or regular camera. One or both rooms can be rented for an additional cost. There is also a porch in front of the rooms that is 594 sq ft and can be used for additional seating, bars, etc.
THE BEER TRUCK
The retired milk truck is a fully functional kegerator that has three taps. Bring your own kegs and give your guests nice cold drinks for a small additional cost.
